Cincinnati, Ohio lies directly on the Ohio River and is surrounded by several recreation areas, including the Little Miami River Park and Burnet Woods Park. Both parks contain hiking trails, and Burnet Woods offers a man-made lake for fishing, a disc golf course and a trailside nature center as well. Just up the interstate from Cincinnati is the Loveland Bike Trail, a scenic trail through the Cincinnati suburb of Loveland, and just across the Kentucky line, you will find the Union Kentucky and Big Bone Lick State Park recreation areas.

Hilton Netherland Plaza

Located across from Fountain Square in downtown Cincinnati, the Hilton Netherland Plaza is a restored 1930's hotel decorated in art deco style. It's a National Historic Landmark and contains features such as German silver-nickel fixtures, ceiling murals and rosewood paneling. The Tower Place Mall is just off the lobby and contains numerous other dining and shopping options.

Kingsgate Marriott

Nearly two-hundred guest rooms are available at the Kingsgate Marriott, each offering flat-screen televisions, high-speed internet, two phone lines and coffee makers. Shared guest amenities include business services, such as copying and faxing, evening turn-down service, a concierge desk and local restaurant delivery.

There is a jogging trail a half mile from the hotel and a biking trail two miles away.

Seven miles outside of downtown Cincinnati, the Quality Hotel & Suites is near Paramount's Kings Island amusement park and Xavier University.
