Billings Logan Airport serves as the region's major hub.

Great Falls International Airport

Great Falls is a dual-use military and civilian airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights. This airport is approximately 330 miles west of Fort Peck. Great Falls International, as of 2009, had direct service to Las Vegas, Minneapolis, Denver and Salt Lake City.

Sidney-Richland Municipal Airport

Sidney Richland Municipal Airport is a small airport approximately 130 miles from Fort Peck, Montana. Several airlines service this airport, and regularly scheduled service existed to Billings, Montana, and Denver, Colorado, as of 2009.

Glasgow Airport

Glasgow Airport is 25 miles from Fort Peck. As of 2009, there was only one airline providing regularly scheduled service connecting Glasgow with Billings, Montana.
