The Village Corner is a family-owned restaurant and bakery run by immigrants from Hamburg, Germany. Step in and you'll feel like you're in a German tavern thanks to the restaurant's decor and authentic meals and drinks. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served every day except Mondays, and you'll find the eatery packed during its popular Sunday brunch. Catering is also available.

Kurt's and Vreny's
Kurt and Vreny Eisele immigrated to the U.S. in the 1960s and opened the restaurant that bears their name in 1985. The restaurant calls its food "modern German" and features dishes like Hungarian goulash soup, beef filet served with bourguignon-style fondue and rack of lamb with rosemary au jus. If you visit during October, ask for the Oktoberfest menu. In true German form, customers can enjoy dishes like German soft pretzels, wine-braised sauerkraut and apple strudels.
