The Toronto Hyatt has been granted a strong green rating for its participation in recycling, as well as its energy and water conservation efforts. It is also one of the top hotels for contribution to non-profit organizations and for its effort to educate others about going green. The Hotel Association of Canada recently granted it a four-key rating for its dedication to embracing opportunities for lowering utility consumption, and training and educating employees on green techniques.
