Centrally located between three of the five Great Lakes--Ontario, Erie and Huron--Stratford, Ontario is also less than a two-hour drive from Toronto. Foster's Inn

Not far from the Avon Theatre, Foster's Inn is housed in a renovated Victorian building originally constructed in 1906. The building features many of its original elements, like fourteen-foot ceilings and hardwood floors. The non-smoking inn houses nine guest rooms, each individually decorated, and modern room amenities, including free wireless Internet and in-room refrigerators.

Foster's Restaurant & Lounge offers a menu of fresh fish from the nearby Great Lakes, steaks cut from locally-raised beef, pasta, soups and appetizers. Foster's Inn also offers in-room spa services and can arrange a "Spa Weekend Getaway" package for guests who call ahead.

The Stratford Hotel

The Stratford Hotel, located in downtown Stratford, served as the home of three of Stratford's past mayors. The smoke-free hotel features twelve distinctively decorated rooms, each with hardwood flooring, high ceilings, antique beds, fireplaces and refrigerators.

The grounds outside of the hotel has a landscaped garden and sitting area for guests.
