Madeleine's Petit Paris is unlike any dining experience you will encounter anywhere in Northvale. Established in 2000 by Chef Gaspard Caloz and named for his wife, Madeleine, it is the epitome of fine French dining. The decor and interior is reminiscent of a French country inn and the service is superb.
Many things set Madeleine's Petit Paris apart from the competition. The restaurant joins with the community every year to raise cancer awareness and fight pediatric cancer. It is open for scheduled senior luncheons, wine tastings and the occasional talent show. You will be hard-pressed to find another chef who will share some of his favorite recipes with his guests, even posting them on his website.
