Just across the street from the 400 hectare Kings Park sits the cozy Kings Park Motel. The premises offer 33 single, double, triple and twin rooms, including two spa suites. Most rooms come with a TV, refrigerator, microwave and air conditioner; suites have a kitchen. In addition, the motel has an outdoor swimming pool, barbecue area and restaurant (open for breakfast every day and dinner Monday through Thursday).

Eight Nicholson

One block away from King's Park, the Eight Nicholson is another fancy boutique hotel. All of Eight Nicholson's rooms are large, luxurious suites. Each room comes with LCD TV, high-speed Internet access, luxury beds and linen, air conditioning and heated bathroom floors. Gourmet breakfast is also included. The Eight Nicholson is not recommended for children, as there are many expensive decorations and furnishings.

Quest Subiaco is a set of serviced apartments, just a block away from Perth Stadium and Mueller Park.
