Kiawah Island is known worldwide for its award winning golf courses, beautiful beaches and conservation efforts. Miles of bike trails lead to family friend restaurants, shops, markets and the nature center. The Kiawah Island Golf Resort offers three types of accommodations for their guests.

The Sanctuary Hotel

The Sanctuary Hotel is the only hotel on Kiawah Island, and is located only steps away from the ocean. Room accommodations range from a 500 square foot room to a 3000 square foot presidential suite. Club level services are also offered. This hotel offers two outdoor pools, one for adults and one for families. In addition, an indoor pool is offered for both adults and families. Guests who are visiting the island on business will appreciate the hotel's extensive office services, including Wi-Fi and Internet access.

Kiawah Resort Villas

Kiawah Resort Villas offers villa rentals as another accommodation option for guests. The villas are located throughout the island offering beach, lake, tennis and golf course views. Guests can choose from Premier, Deluxe or Resort style villas. The Premier and Deluxe villas include fine furnishings and linens. The Resort villas are pet friendly.

Kiawah Beach Vacation Homes

Kiawah offers a number of beach houses for vacation rentals. These are known as premier and pivate rentals. A premier rental includes staying at the Sanctuary Hotel, offering concierge, use of business and fitness center, and bicycle rentals. Private rentals are ideal for large families or groups of families who want to stay under one roof, as these homes have greater square footage.
