The India House
The only Indian restaurant in Moline, The India House (also known as the Great Indian Restaurant), provides fresh authentic cuisine from all corners of India. The restaurant is dining-room style with a buffet and is a pleasurable experience in taste that fits any budget. There is also a small grocery store at the front of the restaurant where you can take its great food home with you. Hours vary, so make sure you check the time and day before heading out.

Moline Activities
Moline has 18 parks for an abundance of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fishing and golfing. Riverside Park has an aquatic center and a sports complex, Prospect Park houses the Quad City Music Guild and the Ben Butterworth Parkway, a four-mile trail following the scenic Mississippi River for running, walking or biking activities. The trail starts in Moline's vibrant downtown, with restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels and the iWireless Center, formerly known as The Mark, which hosts concerts and sporting events.
The Black Hawk State Historical Site is also in Moline, which houses an American Indian museum and miles of hiking trails. There are also annual spring bird, wildflower and fall prairie guided tours.
Quad City Activities
Moline is one of the original Quad Cities, a metropolitan area bordering Iowa and Illinois. The other cities are East Moline and Rock Island, Ill. and Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa. The area has a copious amount of activities, including boating, fishing and water-skiing on its two rivers, the grand Mississippi and the Rock, and West Lake outside of Davenport. There are also several forest reserves, including Scott County Park in Iowa, offering camping and fishing amenities.
