The Tropic Cay offers up a bit of old Ft. Lauderdale with its small size and beachfront setting. Available rooms are standard double or king, efficiency and one bedroom. All come with free Wi-Fi, free parking, refrigerator and some have kitchenettes. This resort boasts direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, as well as a hotel pool and patio bar overlooking the beach.

The Days Inn Bahia Cabana boasts the best of both worlds, Ft. Lauderdale beach across the street and the Intracoastal Waterway at its back dock.
