Big T Maid Rite

A local favorite, this restaurant boasts daily specials and well over 50 years in the Toledo area. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu options are available. Maid Rite has recently started featuring broasted chicken, salads and fruit cups in addition to their traditional menu. They are famous for their Maid Rite sandwiches, which can be ordered individually, in a meal or by the dozen. Hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

Happy Chef

A full menu is available all day long with special pricing for people 55 years of age and older. Menu specialties include all-you-can-eat salad bar, soup, appetizers and steak. This is a popular hang-out spot for those with late night breakfast cravings. Look for the large Happy Chef figure with his hand out and wooden spoon raised to the sky. Happy Chef is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

This is a well-known chain restaurant with local owners. Dozens of combinations of sandwiches are available with your request of toppings. A menu special for Subway is their $5 foot-long sandwiches. It is very simple to go in, pick your bread, cheese, veggies, meat and sauce, and make yourself a meal. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
