Southpark Seafood Grill and Wine Bar

Located in downtown Portland, the Southpark Seafood Grill and Wine Bar is an award-winning restaurant that specializes in local seafood, produce and wine. The space has a contemporary feel with colorful art and wood flooring that is reminiscent of a European café. The menu, which changes seasonally, is inspired by Mediterranean fare and features appetizers such as oysters, soups, salads and entrees such as paella prawns, halibut, salmon and daily fresh fish specials. The restaurant, which is open for happy hour, lunch and dinner, features ravioli, duck, lamb, pork chops and rib eye entrees. Guests can also pair any food item with a beer, port, sherry, cocktail or glass of wine from Southpark's substantial wine menu, which has been recognized by the Monterey Wine Festival for having "America's Best Wine List." Additionally, the restaurant also has its own wine bar, which features small-platter appetizers such as pizza, dates, crab cakes and a cheese platter for casual dining in the late evening.

Dan and Louis Oyster Bar

Established in 1907, the Dan & Louis Oyster Bar is world-renowned for its seafood and considered the oldest family-operated restaurant in Portland. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and features appetizers such as oysters, crab, shrimp, seafood stews, chowders, salads with fish and entrees such as broiled seafood (oysters, prawns, cod), fried seafood (halibut, scallops, calamari), combination seafood platters and steak. The restaurant also has daily specials and a children's menu, which includes fried fish platters that come with French fries, an orange wedge and a beverage. Additionally, guests can enjoy an alcoholic beverage made in the restaurant bar, or the old shocking room, as they call it. Every summer, the Dan and Louis Oyster Bar sponsors the Annual Oyster Festival, which raises money for charity. During the festival, the restaurant sells food and drinks and sets up games for children, as well as provides information about local fisheries.

Fish Grotto

Located in downtown Portland, the Fish Grotto originally began as Zach's Oyster House in 1891 and now specializes in seafood that comes from local fisheries and ingredients that come from local farms. The dinner menu features small plates such as peach salad, and tuna and the Grotto's signature dining entrees, which include crab-stuffed mushrooms, seafood linguine salmon with marionberry, clam chowder, halibut with hazelnut, and sea scallops, to name a few items. The Fish Grotto also has several wines that can be paired with any dish, including 25 bottles of wine that are under $25. The drink menu also includes several signature cocktails such as a pomegranate margarita, lemonade with Grey Goose, and a cilantro martini.
