Wolf Cove Inn
The Wolf Cove Inn is a year-round, waterfront bed and breakfast located on Tripp Lake that offers romantic suites with oversized Jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces and kitchens. Regular guest rooms offer every size bed and beautiful natural views. They also have numerous sitting areas, porches, both indoors and out, a gazebo and a garden. Rates are dependent on the season with regular suites ranging from $95 to $175 and romantic suites from $160 to $250 per night. Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. The Wolf Cove Inn has on-site kayaks and canoes for those wanting to explore the lake in the summer and also offers ice skating and cross-country skiing in the winter.

Poland Springs Resort
The Poland Spring Resort offers three large inns, the Maine Inn, the Presidential Inn and the Motor Court Inn. The resort supplies bed linens; however, lodgers must bring their own towels, soap and glasses. Rooms can include breakfast and dinner with a choice of views, bed size, room occupancy and activity packages. Because there are so many room options, rates vary greatly from $79 to $540. While staying at the resort, lodgers have their choice of outdoor activities, including tennis, golf, mountain biking (bikes are available for rent), trout fishing in the stocked trout pond, hiking trails and the Poland Spring Preservation Park. The Poland Springs Resort is close to Preservation Park for those interested in the history of Poland Springs. The resort closes in the fall and reopens at the end of May.

Poland Spring Cottages
Poland Spring Cottages are part of the Poland Spring Resort. Eleven in all, each cabin is simply and tastefully furnished, and most have two to five bedrooms. They offer the essentials, linens, kitchen and housewares. Some cottages offer lakefront views, but all are very private. Rates are available upon request.
