Carmine's Restaurant

After a day of hiking in Thatcher Park, Albany county's biggest trail park, you might want to grab a relaxing meal at Carmine's restaurant. Carmine's serves an Italian American cuisine for lunch and dinner in a casual to dressy atmosphere. The restaurant seats up to 150 patrons, with reservations not required but suggested. It is moderately priced in comparison to other Italian restaurants.

The menu covers a variety of northern and southern Italian dishes, from antipasti's like fried calamari to stuffed mozzarella, a house salad, Caesar salad and a Caprese of mozzarella and tomatoes. Pasta dishes include linguini with chicken and broccoli and rigatoni carciofi. Also available are seafood dishes such as Shrimp Portofino and Tilapia Fiorentino and chicken dinners like Chicken Domenico and Chicken Sorrentino. Lombardo's Restaurant

After a casual day of adventure in Clarksville on the Bennet Hill Preserve, you can travel back to the Old Country at Lombardo's Restaurant. Lombardo's is a moderately priced, casual- to dressy-attire restaurant in the city of Albany. It serves Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner in Lombardo's Old World Italian style, which you will feel as soon as you walk through the door. The restaurant has banquet facilities that can serve up to eighty patrons.

Yono's Restaurant

What would go better with an exotic hiking trail experience at the Albany Pine Bush Preserve than an exotic fine dining experience at Yono's Restaurant? Yono's offers Indonesian, French and other international cuisine. Formal attire is required. Valet parking is available to patrons. Yoni's is known for its charm, décor and 18th-century feeling.

Yono's maintains an impressive wine cellar, with over 700 selections to choose from. The menu has familiar chicken and beef dishes as well as many options for the adventurous patron, who likes to try exotic dishes such as those made with alligator meat. The menu changes in its selection from season to season, yet keeps popular staples such as Rjisttafel, the all-inclusive five-course meal that offers a variety tastes for your palate.

The Century House

After visiting the Colonie Riverfront biking and hiking trail during the day, you will enjoy a fine dining experience with a historical appeal at the Century House in Latham, New York, which is part of the town of Colonie, just outside the city of Albany. The Century House is a fine-dining establishment and is part of the hotel of the same name; it has been in operation since the late 1700s.

The Century House provides you with an array of menu options for lunch and dinner, including lobster tails, hickory-planked Atlantic salmon and surf and turf filet mignon, as well as New York strip steak and grilled French pork chops. The Century House has a variety of signature drinks, wines and other alcoholic beverages.
