Wilderness Place Lodge
This fly-in lodge, located in a wilderness 80 air miles northwest of Anchorage, offers several fly fishing packages that appeal to anglers of all skill levels. The staff to guest ratio of 2:1 ensures guests feel well taken care of and enjoy plenty of personal attention. Chefs prepare the staples of Alaskan cuisine: lobster, crab, and fish. The guides for the fishing trips are professionally trained, according to the lodge. The trips take place on Lake Creek, from which you can take King Salmon and Pink Salmon on the fly as well as Chum (salmon), rainbow trout and Arctic Grayling. Six private lakeside cabins accommodate a total of 16.

Mystic Waters Fly Fishing
Mystic Waters Fly Fishing conducts fly fishing trips along the Kenai River in 20-foot custom drift boats. An experienced fly fishing guide escorts groups to fish for rainbow trout and salmon. Guests often see bears foraging, swimming and fishing along the shore. This lodge can be reached by car or floatplane. Lodging options include cabins that can house 4 to 6. These have a full bath, full kitchen and two queen beds two twins and a sofa sleeper. The cabins also have a grill on the deck and satellite T.V. They are open all year.
