Parc Brasserie
You can pretend to be in Paris at this brasserie/café. Outdoor seating is available seasonally, and it is great for people-watching. The restaurant is centrally located in Rittenhouse Square at 227 South 18th Street. The menu and setting are varied enough that one can stop in for an afternoon coffee---or café, as the French say---or can have a full dinner. Traditional favorites are served, such as onion soup, beef bourguignon and steak frites. Plus, the bread is freshly baked.
