Fogo de Chao
Fogo de Chao (pronounced fo-go dèe shoun), started sharing its meats in Porto Alegre, Brazil, in 1979. It now has restaurant locations in Brazil and all over the United States. It carefully prepares a selection of 15 meats and offers continuous table service to all guests. Each meal includes limitless side dishes such as Brazilian cheese bread, crispy hot polenta, garlic mashed potatoes and carmelized bananas. Vegetarians can enjoy an extensive salad bar with more than 30 items, and all diners are sure to like the desserts such as creme brulee or Fogo de Chão (a signature papaya cream dessert).

Brazilian Bull
An authentic Brazilian churrasco steak house, Brazilian Bull offers a four-course meal consisting of drinks, appetizers, meats and desserts. Upon entering the restaurant you are given a tall cylinder with red, yellow and green paintings to help you control the flow of food coming to your table. Green means bring more meat, red means pause and laying it on the table indicates that you are ready for dessert. Menu items consist of salad, seafood and hot dish appetizers, six lunch meats and 16 dinner meats all sliced directly onto your plate, and a wide variety of desserts. Brazilian Bull also offers take-out, catering and the ability to purchase an entire cake.

Val's Brazilian Cuisine
A small storefront in Goodyear, Ariz., Val's Brazilian Cuisine has room for only about 10 diners. Most of the business is takeout. Prices are reasonable and there is a large selection of sides such as Brazilian cheese bread, black beans, rice and molho campanha (tomato salsa). Its main dishes run less than $10, as of 2009, and feature marinated chicken, pork, roast beef and salmon all made Brazilian style.

Sur Real of Tucson offers menu items influenced from the Latin American countries of Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Cuba, Venezuela and Mexico.
