La Cappelletta, Piemonte

The historic villa of La Cappelletta dates to 1846, when it was a country estate for the wealthy. The villa has been restored to a stately building with an inner courtyard featuring a private garden, a private chapel with Romanesque arches and a tall, sweeping ceiling. Large, picturesque windows show extensive views of the rolling hills of the Italian countryside. Fifteen rooms are elegantly furnished and a restaurant on site offers an array of traditional Italian dishes and local wines.

Relais Villa Bastia, Veneto

This 17th century mansion features the architecture of a Venetian villa and is situated amid the greenery of Mirano's town center. Relais Del Bugiardo, Veneto

This 19th century farmhouse is situated amid an expansive vineyard midway between Verona and Lake Garda in the heart of Valpolicella and all the wineries the region offers. Tree-lined lanes lead to the entryway and the Relais del Burgiardo is surrounded by olive trees and wheat fields. The historic villa has retained many of its original features, including the stone and brick walls, ancient fireplaces and timber beam ceilings and now features all modern comforts.
The villa serves breakfast al fresco beneath the wisteria pergola on warm days or in the dining room on other days. Fifteen spacious guestrooms are in the farmhouse. Bicycle tours and guided tours of the Buglioni winery can be organized and wine and food tastings take place under the wisteria or in the dining room.

Ruzzini Palace, Veneto

Ruzzini Palace is in the heart of historic Venice, overlooking campo Santa Maria Formosa and the Rio del Paradiso. This historic residence features an aristocratic Venetian atmosphere, having been built in the late 16th century and inhabited by a prominent Venetian family. The current refurbishments feature a large portego, a lounge stretching along the entire side of the palace, exposed beams, Venetian-style floors and paintings by Gregorio Lazzarini adorning the walls. Twenty-eight rooms are available and decorated in the classically elegant style of Venetian aristocracy.

Borgo Il Poggiaccio, Toscana

This historic, 14th century hamlet is nestled between Sienna and San Gimignano and surrounded by the Siennese hills. Borgo Il Poggiaccio has been recently refurbished, but retained its architectural design and characteristic features. There are three double bedrooms available, as well as 16 individually decorated apartments that all feature open fireplaces and fully equipped kitchens.
An outdoor pool features a sun terrace, lounge chairs and parasols, and there is a tennis and basketball court. Visitors can also play table tennis and go mountain biking. Beautiful garden areas feature pergolas, tables and benches. A renowned restaurant is situated in a medieval cellar, serving Tuscan dishes and featuring a wine bar. Each week the Borgo Il Poggiaccio organizes guided wine tastings, language lessons and arts and crafts courses.

Villa Nice, Lombardia

Built in the late 19th century, this traditionally designed Italian villa is nestled into a hill and overlooks Lake Como. Tree-lined walkways and gardens with fountains surround the villa and a large swimming pool is perched on a hill and features a sun terrace for sun loungers. Six bedrooms are available and feature traditional Italian-style paintings. Meals are traditionally prepared and accompanied by aged wine.
