Restaurants in Branchville, New Jersey
Established by settlers from Connecticut in the 1700s, Branchville, New Jersey grew quickly into a destination for city dwellers to relax in a more rural environment. This "tree city's" life still revolves around the railroad, although the creameries and mills that were once integral to Branchville have long since closed. Branchville sits practically on top of multiple outdoor recreation destinations, complete with miles of hiking and bicycling trails, including High Point and Wawayanda State Parks, Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, and the Delaware State Forest, as well as many other forests and parks.
