Black Forest Steak House

Founder of Black Forest Steak House Jack Niemann is quoted as saying, "My culinary art is wasted on those who salt before they have tasted." Niemann takes his steak seriously and expects the same from those who run his restaurant in his stead as well as his customers. "Well-done" is described in-house as "Completely over cooked, with most of the flavor, texture and weight destroyed," so know before you decide to order that this establishment is devoted to the quality of its steaks. The Carpet Bag is a local favorite and offers customers a New York Strip Loin stuffed with fresh crab meat and topped with a rich sauce Bearnaise.
