The Burnsley Restaurant and Lounge

Located on Capitol Hill, inside the Burnsley All-Suite Hotel, this restaurant and lounge has an elegant style and is close to many downtown attractions, such as the Denver Capitol Building, 16th Street Mall and the Denver Art Museum. The menu features a complete breakfast buffet, along with meal items such as eggs benedict, french toast Grand Marnier, buttermilk pancakes and buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy. On the lighter side, V8 juice, yogurt, and fresh fruit slices are also offered.

Lucile's Creole Cafe

In 1980, Lucile's Creole Cafe started serving Colorado's first Creole menu. The Denver location is slightly northwest of Washington Park, and close to Interstate 25. Breakfast menu items include Eggs Pontchartrain (fresh pan fried mountain trout, poached eggs, sauce bearnaise), Eggs Sardou (creamed spinach, Gulf shrimp, poached eggs and hollandaise) and Rice Pudding Porridge topped with raspberry sauce, currants and cream. .

The Mercury Cafe

Although it is only open for breakfast on the weekends, if the timing is right, The Mercury Cafe is a treat. With two locations in Denver, Snooze Eatery breakfast menu includes meals from topics, such as Flavors from the Hen, the Art of Hollandaise, Pancake Bliss and Sweet Utopia.
