Eagles Landing

The Eagles Landing Bed & Breakfast and Winery trumpets its location on the Marquette riverfront as a "bird-watchers' paradise," as eagles can often be seen nesting in the trees and swooping over the river. The building itself is picturesque, too, with a post-and-beam construction of native oak logs. The B&B has guest rooms and one two-room suite available; all rooms have a private bath, an in-room refrigerator and complimentary coffee, tea and cocoa. At the adjacent winery, the Eagles Landing Starboard dessert wine was named best Iowa wine at the 2009 Mid-American Wine Competition.
