Texas Land & Cattle Steak House

Since 1993, Texas Land & Cattle Steak House has served its extensive menu in a dining room designed like a Texas ranch house with a large fireplace. Start off your meal with smoked sirloin nachos, fried pickles or choose from steak soup, chili and eight signature salads. This steak house uses only grain-fed, aged beef for steaks, which are grilled over mesquite wood. The menu offers rib eye, filet mignon, porterhouse and center-cut sirloin. All steaks are served with soup or salad and a side item, including creamed spinach, rice, baked potatoes or steamed broccoli. Some of the signature entrees include baby back ribs, mesquite grilled shrimp, fish tacos, grilled meatloaf and pan-seared tilapia. Burgers and sandwiches are also available, as well as dessert.

Trail Dust Steak House offers classic entrees with music, entertainment and dancing seven nights a week. Trail Dust serves only USDA choice beef, cut fresh at the restaurant and cooked over an open grill using mesquite wood logs.
