Start with curried mussels, curry crab cakes or samosas stuffed with your choice of vegetable, chicken or beef. Signature dishes include Lamb Roganjosh, morsels of lamb in a creamy onion sauce; Khuroos-E-Tursh, chicken breast stuffed with seasoned vegetables and cheese in a cashew-almond cream sauce and Aloo Ghobi, a cauliflower and potato curry. Try traditional Indian sauces including tikka masala, korma, vindaloo or coconut curry with your choice of vegetables, paneer, chicken, beef, lamb or shrimp. All sauces may be ordered mild to very hot. Order one of the nine naan breads to dip into the sauce.

Bombay Grill Restaurant

The Bombay Grill Restaurant specializes in northern Indian cuisine. Guests may choose the buffet or order from the menu for dinner service. Appetizers include onion bhaji, vegetable samosas, aloo tikki, lentil soup and coconut tomato soup with spices. Several naan breads are served plain or stuffed with meat or potatoes. The menu offers traditional vegetarian dishes, as well as entrees with chicken, lamb, beef and seafood. All sauces may be ordered mild to very spicy. Specialties include chicken curry, lamb vindaloo cooked with potatoes in a spicy sauce, beef saagwala cooked in creamed spinach and spices, fish masala, saag paneer (homemade cheese in creamed, spiced spinach). Choose from several desserts including mango pudding and traditional Indian rice pudding.

Sarovar Indian Cuisine offers a large buffet lunch seven days a week as well as an à la carte dinner. Start with chili or spinach pakoras, vegetable samosas or a tandoori platter, which are all served with mint and tamarind sauces for dipping. Choose from vegetables, paneer, chicken, fish, lamb or shrimp and add one of your favorite Indian sauces like tikka masala, saagwala, korma, curry or vindaloo accompanied with basmati rice pilaf. Signature dishes include grilled kabobs, chicken masala, goat curry, ginger fish, green lentil crepes and over 20 vegetarian entrees. Naan breads are served fresh with your choice of garlic, onion, cheese or spiced meat stuffing.
