Located between the Colorado River and the untamed desert, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Gambling is one of the highlights in this town, but the casinos offer much more than just gaming. Shows, fine dining and live concerts are plentiful as well.

If having a gorgeous view of the Colorado River is high on your list, this hotel is perfect for you. Within this casino are a movie theater, a bowling center, two arcades, a classic auto museum and a nightclub. For families traveling with children, Kid Kastle offers state-licensed childcare for children 3 months to 12 years. The rates for Kid Kastle are $7 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Pets under 30 pounds are welcome with an $8 per night fee and a $100 refundable deposit. Room rates are $49 to $89 per night, as of November 2009.

This riverfront hotel has three restaurants and a pool . While not fancy, the rooms are spacious. The hotel is western-themed, and some rooms overlook the Colorado River. Pets can stay in your room with a refundable $100 deposit. Rates run between $25 for a standard room during the week and $120 for a suite during the holidays. This hotel has separate rates for pets, and they range from $50 to $90 depending on what part of the week you're staying.

Located just across the Colorado River from Laughlin, Nevada, this hotel is perfect for the traveler who wants to enjoy all Laughlin has to offer but avoid the casino setting.
