Saipin Chutima, the owner of Lotus of Siam has been cooking since she was only five years old, and has honed her skills to produce a distinct style of Thai food. The menu at Lotus of Siam includes Khao Soi, Northern Style Tom Kah Kai, Kang Hoh, and much more. Remember to make dinner reservations at least one day in advance, or you won't get a seat.
