This 1,200 year old city is known for its historic sites: town hall, the statue of Roland and the Town Musicians. Bremen is also a city of parks. The best known, Bürgerpark, spreads across almost a square mile.
Bremen is a cyclist's paradise. The city is near the 280 mile River Weser cycle route, as well as a 95 mile cycleway to Hamburg. The city's center station has a bicycle parking and rental facility. For campers, Camping am Stadtwaldsee is conveniently located right outside the city. Cyclists can easily ride into Bremen or explore the surrounding countryside and villages.

Located in the City Center, City Hotel Bremen is a short walk to Bremen's historic sites and less than a mile from the train station. The 39 rooms come in single or double configurations. Some rooms have showers inside, others have wash facilities, with common bathrooms on each floor. There are family apartments and suites for larger groups.
The hotel has a bar, restaurant and wireless Internet. Hotel guests get a discount at the hotel's Energiecafe.
