Northeastern Pennsylvania is perhaps best known for skiing on the Pocono Mountains, NASCAR racing, golfing, fishing, and many other outdoor activities. The same would apply to the Tannersville area. Because this town is located in an area of northeastern Pennsylvania heavily traversed by commuters, locals, and tourists, there is no shortage of restaurants. Depending on your mood, palate, and pocketbook, you can select any one of these fine establishments for a terrific seafood meal. All are easily accessible to Route I-80, and have on site parking.

Smuggler's Cove

Smuggler's Cove prepares fresh seafood dishes using the finest ingredients. The restaurant includes a child's menu for younger, fussier eaters. For those who prefer the turf rather than the surf, Smuggler's Cove prepares steaks, chicken, and chops. Recently affiliated with Chicago meat purveyors, Allen Brothers, Smuggler's Cove now serves the best USDA beef to its growing clientele. The restaurant has a full bar.
