Rooms
All the rooms at the Marriott Courtyard Lake Placid have a pull-out sofa in addition to one king or two queen beds; cable television; refrigerator; a work area with a desk; and air-conditioning. Suites are available with additional amenities such as a microwave oven, Jacuzzi, wet bar and fireplace. The one-bedroom suite has a separate living room.

The Marriott Courtyard Lake Placid offers complimentary parking, a full-service business center, an indoor swimming pool (with a whirlpool) and an exercise room. There are both wireless high-speed Internet throughout the hotel and both wired and wireless access available in the rooms. Pets (with the exception of service animals) are not allowed.
Dining
There is only one restaurant at the Marriott Courtyard Lake Placid. The Courtyard Cafe offers healthy items on the buffet or cooked to order. There are a number of restaurants nearby, including Milano North (Italian), Lake Placid Pub & Brewery, Pete's Steakhouse and Aki Sushi & Japanese Restaurant. For light meals and snacks, there is a Subway and the New Leaf Coffee House.
Activities
There is no shortage of activities around the Marriott Courtyard Lake Placid. In addition to the hotel pool, there is swimming at Lake Placid Beach only a mile away. Within a few miles there also are a bike trail, jogging trail, hiking, fly-fishing, horseback riding and tennis. Depending on the season, you can also enjoy kayaking, river rafting, rock climbing, sailing or snow-skiing.
Olympic Village
The Marriott Courtyard Lake Placid is at the opening to the Olympic Village, where you will find the Olympic Sports Complex, Olympic Center, 1932 & 1980 Lake Placid Olympic Winter Museum and the
Olympic Ski Jump Area. The village is home to events like the Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating. It also is open to the public for ice skating, bobsled and luge rides, cross-country skiing, biathlon and snowshoeing.
