Lemaire

Located inside downtown Richmond's historic Jefferson Hotel, Lemaire has long been one of the city's landmark restaurants. Remodeled and refashioned in 2009, the new Lemaire hopes to strike a more accessible tone with an improved selection of affordable entrees and a larger bar area. Elegance is the key word throughout the Jefferson, but the new bar does contribute to a more casual feel inside the restaurant. Notable menu additions include jumbo lump crab cakes with orange-ginger butter and the Barnyard burger topped with fried egg and foie gras sauce. Entrees generally range from $17 to $30. The dress code is business casual and reservations are recommended.
