Long Provincial Vietnamese
For an upscale, exotic and flavorful dining experience, treat yourself to Long Provincial Vietnamese in downtown Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. Reviews have been as glowing as the restaurant's jellyfish tank: A Seattle Times reviewer particularly recommends the cinnamon pork rice balls, banana blossom salad with soft-shell crab, lily blossom halibut and chili lemongrass tofu noodles. The prices are moderate and the extensive menu is entirely wheat-free, though a server advises that a dish made with vegetarian shrimp does contain gluten. It is open from 11 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
