Glenwood Drive-in

This lovable dive is one of Connecticut's favorite hangouts; the family-owned business has been around for more than 50 years. Locals love Glenwood hot dogs, which have been voted the best in the state by Connecticut Magazine readers. Get your dogs with cheese, chili or both, but be sure to include a side of homemade onion rings with your order. The lobster rolls are decent, too, with a hefty serving of meat and light on the mayo. If you're still hungry after that dog and basket of rings, head next door to Kelly's Kone Konnection for a bowl of homemade ice cream topped with hot fudge.
