Pet Friendly Hotels in Traverse City, Michigan
Traverse City is a destination for the whole family, pets included. There are many hiking trails on which to walk dogs and a partially paved path, called the TART Trail, connecting trails across the city. There are two local downhill ski hills, Mount Holiday and Hickory Hills. The city is situated on Grand Traverse Bay, where the family can boat and swim. However, perhaps best of all are the slew of pet-friendly hotels located in this area.

Best Western Four Seasons

The Best Western Four Seasons is located in central Traverse City. The hotel is near both East and West Grand Traverse Bay and the civic center, the local swimming pool, ice rink, walking path and Kid's Cove playground. Amenities include a free hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, indoor pool and hot tub, and a game room. Rooms have coffeemaker, small refrigerators, microwaves and DVD players. Pets are welcome for a nightly fee.

Super 8

The Super 8 is located on the east side of Traverse City, near the TART and VASA Trails. The property features free breakfast, Wi-Fi, coffeemaker and hair dryers. Discounts are offered through AAA, AARP and corporate discounts. Moreover, some rooms are available with a fireplace and spa. Pets are welcome with a nightly fee.

Quality Inn By the Bay is located across from East Grand Traverse Bay, and near the Traverse City State Park Campground and beach. Directly behind the hotel is the TART Trail. Each room has movie and game rentals, cable television, hair dryers, irons and safes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The hotel has complimentary continental breakfast, business center and an indoor pool and hot tub. Pets are allowed with a nightly charge.
