What was once a paper mill in the 1800's was restored and transformed in 1982 into a restaurant that serves lunch, dinner and brunch on Sunday. Guests can dine on a wide array of entrees including prime rib, salmon and various chicken dishes. The menu also has numerous salads for diners to choose from if they are looking for a lighter meal. Cavey's Restaurant
Cavey's Restaurant is unique in that it's really two restaurants in the same place. The upper portion of the building is dedicated to northern Italian cuisine and was named the best Italian restaurant in Connecticut by the Zagat guide.
