Nicky's Pizzeria & Restaurant
Nicky's Pizzeria & Restaurant in White Plains may not have the most refined menu, or the plushest decor, but its high-quality, old-fashioned ingredients keep bringing back satisfied customers. Of particular note is its all-beef footlong hot dog. The actual pizza's not too shabby either.

Blue Hill at Stone Barns
For fancier fare, those with enough money to dish out a good chunk of change for dinner can be treated to one of the best meals of their lives at this New American restaurant in Pocantico Hills, near Tarrytown. The "elegant" atmosphere of the dining room is fancy, without being pretentious, and the special tasting menu is luxe to say the least.

Blue Moon Mexican Cafe
The Blue Moon markets itself as a family restaurant. And while you should expect good prices and a relaxed atmosphere, don't expect unrefined dishes. Its authentic and more American dishes are spiced excellently, and cocktails are of particularly good quality. But take note that Bronxville is a college town, and you may have to battle the students for a table!

Crabtree's Kittle House Inn
Crabtrees in Chapequa is special not only because of the delicious food, but also because you may run into the Clintons (Bill and Hillary), who live in town nearby. That said, the atmosphere is very "country inn" and the clientele is mixed from the upper-class to poor college students there for a special dinner. The wine list is particularly lauded in the area, and the desserts are not to be missed.
