Vietnamese spring rolls are offered on the appetizer menu, pho is one of the soup options, and there are meat and vegetarian entrees available with rice or noodles as a base. The seafood entree menu is extensive and the house iced tea is laced with a hint of jasmine. Situated in a strip mall, Monsoon is a small restaurant that is easy to miss from the outside, but inside there is plenty of seating.
