Republic Chophouse

Republic Chophouse is located in Green Bay. Ir opens at 4 p.m. from Monday through Saturday. The restaurant serves numerous steak dishes, including the Irish New Yorker, a 16 oz. Guinness-beer marinated New York strip, the Hunter's Rib Eye, a 16 oz. rib eye in tomato sauce and the Horseradish Blue Tenderloin, an 8 oz. beef filet stuffed with horseradish and blue cheese and topped with a red pepper ragout. Republic Chophouse also serves salads, soups, seafood, veal and lamb dishes.

Johnny Delmonico's Steakhouse

Johnny Delmonico's Steakhouse is located in Madison. The restaurant is open for lunch Monday through Friday and for dinner seven days a week. The extensive dinner menu includes more than nine certified angus beef steak selections, including a 16 oz. rib eye, 14 oz. The Milwaukee Chophouse is located in southern Milwaukee, Wisconsin and opens at 5 p.m. seven days a week. The restaurant offers an 8 oz. filet, 18 oz. bone in Kansa City cut or rib eye, 12 oz. New York Strip and 24 oz. porterhouse steaks.
