The Kitchen
Located in downtown Boulder, The Kitchen is a favorite for locals and visitors. Priding itself on ecologically friendly practices such as the use of renewable energy, the food is seasonal and the menu changes based the local availability of ingredients. An open and airy restaurant on the main floor, the upper level houses an intimate wine and beer lounge. Menu items are simple and straight forward, easily accessible to everyone's tastes. The Kitchen is open daily and accepts reservations for parties of five or more.

Il Pastaio
Located in Sunrise Shopping Center, Il Pastaio offers home-cooked Italian fare. Open through the week, the restaurant offers many Italian standards such as eggplant parmigiana, Caprese salad, minestrone, and any combination of pastas and sauces. Unique plates include pollo rumano, roasted pork loin with demi-glaze sauce and tilapia mare chiaro. The pasta and sauces are made in-house.

Sunflower Organic Dining
Specializing in Earth-friendly and organic foods, Sunflower Organic Dining opened in 1999 to provide the Boulder community with a preservative- and chemical-free dining experience. The menu is seasonal, offering items based on freshness and availability throughout the year. Sunflower offers full breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner menus. Dinner selections include salads, meat dishes, fish, stir fry and sandwiches. Lunch offerings are burgers, salads, sandwiches and several specialty dishes.
