A Summerhouse Inn
A Summerhouse Inn, formerly a Best Western Hotel, has been remodeled as a family hotel with a park courtyard complete with a large sandbox, swimming pool, fire pit and grill. The hotel was awarded the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce Community Enhancement Award for its remodeling in 2005. Services at the Inn include a free laundry room, full-service kitchen, kitchen appliance rentals, cable television and an outdoor viewing porch with rocking chairs.

Biddle Hotel
The Biddle Hotel is located on the Indiana University campus in the student union building, the largest union in the United States. Guests may rent a watercraft from the marina while staying as a guest at the Fourwinds Resort and Marina in Bloomington. The hotel has a private beach and a gazebo on Lake Monroe, the largest lake in the state. Some accommodations allow beach access directly from the room.
