In addition, the hotel has a lounge with an open fireplace where guests can relax, and room prices also include daily breakfast. Its excellent location in the middle of Queenstown means that guests are close to a variety of activities such as skiing and whitewater rafting.

Located near the Queenstown Gardens, the Central Ridge Hotel is also in the center of Queenstown. If it is too warm for skiing, spend some time on beautiful Lake Wakatipu water skiing, or just take a jet boat out.

The Queenstown Park Hotel is another excellent boutique hotel in town. The hotel offers stunning views of the mountains and is just a short walk from the lake. Amenities at the hotel include an on-site drying room for ski gear as well as conference facilities, wireless Internet access and complimentary drinks and canapés before dinner. The hotel has a number of rooms that offer spectacular views of the Remarkables Mountains, as well as one room that offers views of the Queenstown gondola. The base of the gondola is also just a short walk from the hotel, making this an ideal hotel for skiers.
