Zanzabar Night Club
Looking more like a high-tech pharaoh's tomb than a club, Zanzabar is one of the more unique places to party in Honolulu. Catering to the younger generation, and boasting the latest in light and sound systems, this club really gets you moving. It even has its very own soundproof VIP Lounge for those who don't care for the overcrowded dance floor. Every night of the week is a different theme, and they vary from hip-hop to retro. This is the place to really let loose.

Ocean Club
Recently renovated, this club offers ultra chic decor and comfortable seating, convenient for sitting and hanging out, or going out dancing. This club boasts that it has "the biggest dance floor in town." It caters to a classier type of people, and you must wear proper attire in order to get in (collared shirts and closed-toed shoes for men; no beach attire for women). However, be warned: If you're under 23, they won't let you in the door, except Thursdays, which is College Night.

Hula's Bar & Lei Stand
Those looking to just chill out should check out Hula's. A nice little bar, right on the beach, it has a much more relaxed atmosphere than many of the other bars and nightclubs in Honolulu. Hula's provides many themed nights, and parties, but it does so with the warmth and ambiance many expect from a Hawaiian night.
