Café Campagne
According to Matt Longman, manager of Café Campagne, the Ouefs-en meurette is the most popular brunch dish at the Zagat-rated bohemian French bistro. Poached eggs on traditional garlic French croutons with pearl onions and a red wine foie fras butter sauce will temporarily transport you to Paris. The croutons are one-inch sliced triangles lightly fried in oil and vinegar. It's served with the city's most famous pommes frîtes. As of November 2009, brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Reservations accepted.
