Sioux Falls' only strictly weekly-rate hotel, the Value Place Hotel is just a three-minute drive from 205-acre Sherman Park with the Great Plains Zoo and Indian Burial Mounds. The park's section of Green Belt cycling trail leads right past the Zoo.

All the Value Place Hotel's studio suites have kitchens with refrigerators, stovetops and microwaves and cable TV with a movie channel are standard amenities. Bi-weekly housekeeping is included.
