Hotels in Michigan With Water Parks Inside
The state of Michigan is surrounded by three of the infamous Great Lakes, offering a myriad of water sports during the warmer months. However, once the weather turns chilly--as it does from November through March in Michigan--it's best to enjoy water activities inside at one of the state's many indoor water parks.

Great Wolf Lodge - Traverse City

Great Wolf Lodge, located in Traverse City in northwest Michigan, is one of a chain of family-friendly water park resorts. All guestrooms are designed in a rustic style and feature a "kid's cave" sleeping/activity area, with a separate TV and Nintendo console. The water park includes a family raft ride, the "Big Foot Pass" water jungle gym and a floating putting green, among other attractions. During the summer, there is also an outdoor swimming pool area. Facilities at the Great Wolf Lodge include three dining options, shopping, full spa and an arcade.
