Just four miles from downtown Greensboro and two miles from East Wendover Avenue is the Regency Inn and Suites Greensboro. The Regency offers modest accommodations at an affordable price, which is usually $45 during the week and around $60 on weekends as of October 2009. The rooms also are modest, containing a bed, table and chairs, nightstand, television and microwave. While the Regency doesn't offer any dining options, there are eight restaurants and fast-food establishments within walking distance.
