The Hotel Alex Johnson

The Hotel Alex Johnson was named after the vice president of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad, Alex Carlton Johnson. The hotel's architecture reflects Johnson's love for the black Hills, the history of South Dakota, and the Native American culture of the Lakota Sioux. All the brickwork on the entry way floor is original and the hotel has been undergoing restoration. The Hotel Alex Johnson boasts over 140 rooms covering six floors.
