These natural areas include Benbrook Lake and Dam Trail, the Fort Worth Nature, the Colleyville Nature Trail, the Sansom Park Trail, and the Trinity River series of trails that are scattered throughout the City.

The Baymont Inn and Suites, located in North Fort Worth, provide excellent comfort and relaxation. Amenities included at this hotel are a free breakfast for guests, a gym and fitness center, and free high speed internet in each of the rooms. Furthermore, for those visitors travelling with pets, this hotel does allow them. A pool is also located onsite.

Outdoor activities that are within a short driving distance from this hotel are The Fort Worth Nature Center, which includes both the Prairie and Canyon Ridge Trails. The Baymont Inn and Suites, located in South Fort Worth, agains provides the excellent comfort and relaxation associated with the Wydham family of hotels. Amenities included are a free continental breakfast, Laundromat, and outdoor pool. A safe deposit box to store valuables and a wake-up service are available on request.

There are many outdoor activities that are close to the The Baymont Inn and Suites in South Fort Worth, including the Benbrook Dam Trail, the Oakmont Trinity River Trail, and the more adventurous Trinity River Trail Ramble. The Benbrook Dam area provides a great natural area for enjoyment, but the Trinity River Trail Ramble provides a more energetic experience in that it is a 28.2-mile trail designed for cyclists. The trail mirrors the same trails used by cattle drives heading north to Kansas.
