Boston Bus Trips to Foxwoods
Taking a bus from Boston to Foxwoods Resort Casino in Ledyard, Connecticut, is convenient and easy to arrange. Several daily departures leave Boston's South Station for the 100-mile, two-hour drive to North America's largest casino. Same-day return trips are possible, and reservations are usually not necessary.

Peter Pan Bus Line

The Peter Pan Bus Line offers five midweek, Boston-to-Foxwoods Casino departures beginning at 2:15 a.m., seven departures on Friday, and six departures on Saturday and Sunday. Roundtrip, non-refundable fare is $27 and includes a $20 Keno match ticket and a $10 food coupon or free buffet. Buses leave from the Boston South Station Transit Center. You can purchase e-tickets online and go straight to the gate for boarding. Boarding is first-come, first-served. A valid photo ID and a printed e-ticket with the bar code are required.

The company offers a variety of Foxwoods Casino promotions throughout the year, including lodging packages and discount coupons. Added bonus: the company has installed several energy-efficient features on their buses, including the use of Ultra Loq Sulfur Diesel and biodiesel fuel and low mercury, high efficiency lighting.

Greyhound

There are five daily departures offered midweek, beginning as early as 2:15 a.m. Buses leave from the South Station Transit Center. Six departures leave Boston on Friday and seven departures are offered on Saturday and Sunday. Roundtrip, non-refundable tickets cost $28; fully refundable roundtrip tickets are $49. All buses have air-conditioning and restrooms on board. No reservations are necessary; just arrive one hour before departure to purchase tickets. Boston riders may also reserve seats and pre-board for an additional $5. Reserved seating must be purchased at the station. The ticket office is open 24 hours, seven days a week. They sometimes include food coupons and match play tickets to use at the game tables.

Foxwoods Casino Bus Service Outside of Boston

The Coach Company offers daily departures to Foxwoods Casino from Portsmouth, NH (7:10 a.m.), Newburyport, MA (7:30 a.m.) and Haverhill, MA (8 a.m.). Roundtrip fare is $35.
