Babala(O), or Babalu as it's also known, is a popular restaurant in Minneapolis that also serves Brazilian and Brazilian-inspired dishes on the menu. The restaurant has a large tapas (appetizer) menu that offers big flavors in small dishes, such as the steamed mussels served with onion, habanera and mango or the plantains with shrimp stuffing.
