Darien Lake Campground Accommodations
Located in the town of Darien Center, New York, Darien Lake Campground is an ideal place to stay for a multiday family trip to the town's water and theme park. Visitors of Darien Park can maximize their bonding time by tent or RV camping within the theme park campgrounds. Close in proximity to Darien State Park, the campground has an array of hiking and biking trails that surround the lake.

Campground Overview

Featuring over 12,000 campsites, the campground offers families and groups the option to pitch a tent, hook up their RV or rent a park-owned RV that is already set up on site. In addition to being conveniently located at the entrance of Darien Theme Park, campground packages include free daily admission to thrill rides, water rides and shows.

Campground Amenities

Darien Lake Campground, centrally located at Darien Square, has been equipped with electricity and water available to all campsites. Campers have access to a laundromat, showers, first-aid station, a general store and an array of dining options.

RV Packages

Guests looking to rough it in an RV can reserve a Darien Lake RV package which includes unlimited use of theme park rides, shows and free parking. The 35-foot RV rentals sleep six and include a bathroom along with a full- or queen-size bed and two sets of twin bunk beds. The rentals come equipped with a table, air conditioning, stove, oven or microwave and refrigerator. Campers are also provided a place to enjoy an evening campfire.

Additional Information

Campers may check-in at Darien Lake at 2 p.m. and check-out is by 1 p.m. on the last day of your visit. Theme park visitors may, however, arrive early or stay after check-out while keeping their vehicles parked for the remainder of the day at no additional charge.
